Wellness is defined as “the act of practicing healthy habits daily to attain better physical and mental health outcomes” so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.
Wellness is not a passive or static state but an “active pursuit” that focuses on how we live our lives and the joy, fulfillment, and health we experience.
