How many changes have happened in your community and the multifamily industry in the last year? How many more will happen in the near future? Large or small, change happens all the time. When was the last time you faced a change at work and thought, “That’s awesome!” Some changes are welcome, like a promotion or better benefits.
But a lot of changes—even positive ones—come with stress. Think about the new responsibilities a promotion brings, or the learning curve for a software update that will (eventually) make your job easier.
