Rick Ellis, CPM, is President and CWB (Chief Worker Bee) of ELLIS Consulting Services, an Irving, TX based apartment marketing, training, and contract-leasing firm. He has been intimately involved in the apartment business for over 39 years. His career includes executive level portfolio management and 10 years as the National Director of Marketing & Training for a Dallas based family of REITs.

Rick also excels in property management through his management company, ELLIS Home Source. Rick manages 300+ single-family homes, duplexes and small apartment communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. ELLIS Home Source was the first single-family management company in the nation to earn the Institute of Real Estate Management’s prestigious AMO – Accredited Management Organization – designation.

Rick is also the broker and owner/operator of J. Ellis Apartment Locators located in Lewisville with an affiliate office in Irving, TX.
