How do I log onto Edge2Learn?
I forgot my username and password – or – my username and password is not working.
Your login page will have a “forgot password” link that will help you reset your password. If you are unsuccessful in resetting your password or forget your username, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name, as well as the name of your property management company.
I am getting an error when trying to take certain courses – or – my screen freezes – or – a button is missing.
Edge2Learn’s preferred browser is Google Chrome. Issues related to errors, screen freezing and buttons missing can be resolved by switching your browser to Google Chrome. Edge2Learn does not support Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.
I have completed my course, but it is not showing as completed in the LMS.
A course completion not recording, while seldom, typically occurs as a result of an internet connectivity issue or a course timing out. The screen you are looking at may show that you have completed the module but the course completion must be adjusted in the LMS by Edge2Learn support. Email email@example.com.
